Cookbook Papers contains non-fiction as it pertains to food and food culture including:
- Cookbooks (general and themed)
- Food dictionaries and encyclopedias
- Healthy cooking
- How to – as it relates to cooking
- Biographies, autobiographies, and memoirs of chefs and notable people in the food industry
- History (of an ingredient or a food brand)
- Travel guides (must be entirely food centered)
This blog contains reviews and information from books in my collection, from previously published books and ARCs (advanced read copies) from publishers, and from self published works written and published by independent authors.
All opinions are my own, and the recipes are used with permission or have been adapted from the book.
